At DressedForDuty, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a smooth process for shipping, returns, and refunds if you encounter any issues with your purchase. Please review our shipping policy below.


Delivery

When will I get my order?  

Orders typically take 3–7 days to be fulfilled before being shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  •  USA: 3–4 business days

  •  Europe: 6–8 business days

  •  Australia: 2–14 business days

  •  Japan: 4–8 business days

  •  International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, and delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there is an extended delay, we will do our best to notify you via email.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?  

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.

3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbor, please contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.

How are your products made?  

We produce high quality products with care and precision in our global warehouses, ensuring that your order is printed and shipped from the location best suited for quick and efficient delivery.

How do I track my order?  

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?  

We're sorry if your product arrived damaged. Please email us at sales@dressedforduty.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We'll resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?  

Refunds are only available to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we'll sort it out for you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank; processing time may cause delays.

If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com.

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com, and we will provide further instructions.

Return Policy  

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return Product(s)  

1. Submit Proof of Purchase  

   Please email proof of your order, including photos of the item taken from different angles, to sales@dressedforduty.com.

2. Wait for Instructions  

   After submitting your proof of purchase, please wait for an email from us. This email will contain further instructions, including the return address where you should send the item(s).

Important Notes

  •  Shipping Costs:  You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product(s). These costs are nonrefundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  •  Tracking and Insurance:  Please ensure you obtain a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package without these precautions.

Customs Fees  

International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not in our control, and customs policies vary widely. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
