Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

How to Return Your Product(s)

  1. Submit Proof of Purchase 

Please email proof of your order, including photos of the item taken from different angles at sales@dressedforduty.com.

  1. Wait for Instructions

After submitting your proof of purchase, please wait for an email from us. This email will contain further instructions, including the return address where you should send the item(s).

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs
    You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product(s). These costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Tracking and Insurance
    Please ensure you obtain a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package without these precautions.
  • Processing Times
    Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. This process typically takes 3-7 business days. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@dressedforduty.com, and we will provide further instructions.
